1. What college/university are you attending and why did you choose this school?

I am attending the University of Texas in Austin. I chose this university for many reasons, chief among them is that it gives me the opportunity to study both business and computer science, two subjects that greatly interest me. It was also relatively cheap since we live in Texas so our tuition was less expensive. Moreover the university is located in Austin, a wonderful town that has a great assortment of activities to do during the day and at night. As an added bonus many people in my school are also attending the university

2. How are you currently saving money for your education?

I am currently saving money by entering scholarships and working a part time job. I’m also going to live in an apartment outside of the university which is cheaper than having a dorm in campus.

3. Giving back is very important to us at Coupon Cause, how could you see giving back to the world with your education?

What can a business and computer science major do to give back to the world? Quite a lot indeed. A famous Cuban writer once wrote that being educated is the only way to be free. It follows that the best thing you can do for people is give them education, and while there are many ways to do so, one that will become increasingly important for the future is technology. I want to make my own business, and I want to develop software. I could, on top of the area in which I chose to work in, I can develop software for educational purposes. I could donate some of my earnings to charity, or even do some charity work myself.
