In each of our operations we strive to add a little bit more every day. This makes sense from a relationship standpoint — we want to prove to you how invested we are in your operational success.

This spurred thinking at all levels of the company on what else we could do to add value — to you, to your agency, university or business — and help you navigate this new evolution in mobility. That is the genesis of this new resource that we are fittingly calling Headways.

What is it? Simply put, it’s a repository where we will be sharing a variety of content from traditional stories to captivating videos that we produce focused on the transit industry and the future of mobility.

Our goal is to continue building it to the point it becomes a collaborative cross-channel for all of our clients to absorb, respond, share and comment on different topics, ranging in this edition from an article on the survey of transit leaders we undertook to understand your needs in the coming years to how behavioral science can help agencies curb fare evasion. New editions and new content will appear every quarter.
