I think a thesis can take different forms when it comes to a final solution. It depends a lot on the kind of audience, tools and research that our thesis demands.

Thinking about my thesis idea, solutions in both forms could like something like this:

Thing/Experience

This could take the shape of a website or a series of workshops conducted through proper channels of communication which could tackle solutions around awareness.

System

This would be more complicated but I think more sustainable and long lasting. This approach will include developing a community around the topic, adding advertising campaigns, educational materials to the mix, a website, a toolkit which could be customized for patients, doctors, caregivers and possibly events like workshops to distribute information effectively.
