How to get back on track after slipping on a habit.

It's hard while you already slipped

You do a thing or work over and over and that’s become a habit. You are continuously doing the work.

You are continuously doing and suddenly you are distracted from that habit and you are off track.

At that moment, you stressed continuously trying that habit to gain again and again. But you are not able to gain that attention and speed.

You might be doing the thing wrong. You have to look at certain factors. I am showing you some of the factors that might help you.

Analyze and think about those and get back to the track slowly and steadily. Like when you first started.

When you get off track, you are not able to bring enough attention, curiosity, and energy to the habit.

When you started out you are more focused and energetic to work on the habit.

When you’re more aware of the past, you do more and more activities. Because you have some experience and continuous work overtime to work on.

But now you are distracted and don’t think you have started again. You have to resume the pause, but slowly and steadily.

You have to do fewer things to get on track and be able to get enough value from the habit.

You have added more time and energy before. But after you are on a break you have to work for more time and have to give more energy.

You have to be patient to get back on track and give more again to get that good habit.

A good habit is defined by yourself, do what you like to, take inspiration not rely on it.

Don’t get stressed to get out on the track, it will take time to absorb. Be patience.

Like, when I wake up and get refreshed and I started reading a book for about a half-hour, but in recent days I was not able to read because I have some work.

In the same case with writing, I got off-tracked and able to write stories and not have the ability to speed up my typing, but with constant trying, I am able to get back on track.
