The global sentiment towards digital assets and cryptocurrencies has become more favourable and accepting.

The blockchain industry has undergone an immense transformation and maturity under an incredibly short period of time. Not too long ago, Bitcoin would be generally considered as the medium of exchange for shady and illicit operations but it is now positioned as digital gold. Bitcoin mining, the process to verify transactions on the blockchain, is now one of the most competitive and lucrative operations in the entire industry.

We believe that the emerging Proof-of-Stake (PoS) economy presents appealing investment opportunities. As constant development is ongoing to improve the scalability, privacy, and security of public blockchains, blockchain projects like Polkadot and Cosmos are emerging, bringing new models for governance and interoperability suitable for scalable operations and adoption.

The RockX team is made up of industry veterans with a wealth of experience and technical expertise.

Dr. Alex Lam, the CEO of RockX, is one of China’s most prolific leaders in the bitcoin mining industry. He is the founder and CEO of RockMiner where he led the company in the operations and expansions of large mining farms in China over the past six years. He holds a PhD in Financial Engineering from South China University of Technology.

Dr. Xinshu Dong, co-founder of RockX, is an established blockchain and cybersecurity scientist and practitioner. Prior to RockX, he was the CEO of Zilliqa, which is the first public blockchain in the world to implement sharding technology. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. Together with Xinshu, the engineering team have years of experience working on and contributing to PoS blockchain projects.

With Alex’s unparalleled experience in the cryptocurrency industry and Xinshu’s technical expertise, we believe that RockX is perfectly positioned to build products that will usher in the next wave of mainstream investors into the industry, accelerating the acceptance of digital assets as a viable asset class.
